Age: General/Preferred Members and Their Family - Parents are responsible for their family members at all times! Helmets are required! (Rent equipment from Alpine Accessories or your local Ski Shop).
Join us for a day of skiing, snowboarding and tubing! Parents are responsible for their family members at all times! Please RSVP with the names and ages of your family with an updated participation form for all attendees (membership also required!).

Please Note: Download, complete, save (using: file - print - save to PDF) and email updated forms to ILFamilyActivities@gmail.com each school year, per guest attendance. Make sure to bring a new copy of each of the forms with you throughout the school year as a reference in case of emergency only. IL Family Activities reserves the right to ask for updated forms throughout the year as needed. Handwritten forms will not be accepted. Properly Submitted forms are required for student/family member admittance to each event. You can download the forms under the “IL Family Activities Membership” tab above.
